I've spent over 30 years playing bass for Good Charlotte, making records and touring the world. Along the way, my taste in music expanded far beyond the music I was playing, and I kept coming back to lo-fi and instrumental music.

Sain't Paul is instrumental. Guitars with more reverb on them than makes sense, slow beats underneath. Nobody sings on any of it, and it stays dark the whole way through.

I put it on when I'm working and need everything else to stay quiet. Wallpaper is the word I use for it, and I mean that as the job it does. It comes out in chapters, and Chapter 2: The Road is the one I'd hand you first.
